The 1-storey holiday apartment consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), centralized air conditioning, 2 hairdryers, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a TV. Furthermore, a shared gym is available on the property. A baby cot and a high chair are also available upon request. Pros: We had a great stay in a superb location. Open the garden gate and you are on the beach. Close to the harbour which is literally a few mins walk away - A Fantastic place to stay which is really close to everything We come to Marbella every year and would definitely look to stay here again.

Pros: Recently spent a short break here with a group of girl friends. The apartment is in an excellent location, the standard and quality of the fittings in the apartment are lovely and the apartment is extremely well equipped. There are three lovely sunny balconies and the pool are is very relaxing. Would definitely recommend and return.

Pros: We stayed in apartment 1.2 for a week in September. It couldn't have been any better, looking out onto the beautiful grounds of Playas Del Duque and just a short walk to the shops and restaurants. Angela and Nael are very good as owners, quick to respond to any questions and returning our deposit the day after we got home. I would definitely recommend any of their properties to anyone.

Pros: We had a marvelous time at a marvelous location. De appartment and the area were fantastic. One tip: When you arrive late at night white three small children in a appartment it is nice when there is a little drink (water, thee, coffee) and a bit of food. It wil not cost that much but it will be very nice.

Pros: We highly recommend this apartment and excellent location. The staff on site were friendly and security staff were vigilant. This holiday can be as quiet or as lively as you want it to be. The apartment is first class and has everything you need ranging from very clean pots, pans, cutlery, glasses etc to washing machine and tumble drier if you need it. Pros: Myself and my friends have been to Puerto Banus many times and have stayed in both hotels and apartments, but this was by far the best. The grounds of the apartment were looked after beautifully. The accommodation was very clean and spacious with all the appliances we could want. The beach and night life were a short walk away. Both myself and my friends would recommend this accommodation, in fact we are hoping to book again very soon.

Pros: Just got home from a lovely holiday in Puerto Banus staying in Playas del Duque for the 2nd year running. We have 2 small children and find the apartment a home from home, UK TV being an important factor with two small children. Another big bonus being that you can walk straight onto the beach and into the Port from the apartment via the beautiful gardens and pool areas. The apartment is very well equipped and you feel very secure there with 24hr security and concierge service. We would recomend this holiday home to all our friends and family.

Pros: Brilliant. Everything that was promised was delivered and some. The Apartment & Location are Brilliant, the complex is very safe and secure. Great for Children and Adults alike. Swimming Pools are wonderfully kept and there are also Kids Pools. Gardens are lovely as were the staff we spoke to. Must be one of the best complexes in Puerto Banus. (2 Adults- 3 Children- 8, 6 & 3)

Pros: One of the best apartments I have ever stayed in. Immacutely clean and with plenty of space for a family of four to spread out. Beautiful views of the garden and what a stunning garden it is. Three large pools and two friendly restaurants to choose from, paradise for the children. An excellent location for those travelling without a car - plenty of reliable buses to Marbella and San Pedro just a short walk away. Communication with Angela and Niall was effective and pleasant from start to finish. They have a superb apartment and we feel very lucky that we had the opportunity to stay here.

Pros: I only stayed for a week in january. I had to be in Banus as I had things to do. This was a last minute booking. It went very fast with emails. The apartment wasbig. Location only a few minutes from the beach and restauarants. The garden area was large and I can imagine it being very full during warmer periods.m It was very secure and would reccomend this to anyone.

Pros: We have found the apartment in good location. Perfactly equipped, spacious and clean apartment. The balcony was not south orientated, so we could not enjoy using it. What is more, on arrival the apartment should be warm and comfy(arrived at 23:30, outside temperature was 12 degrees). Also using wifi could have been included in the price of rental

Pros: The unit was beautiful,grounds wonderful. Just a few problems with keys and the concierge is not that rather just a door men so if staying in the unit you must be ready to be your own concierge. The pool side bar was wonderful the staff. We had two units which accommodated five women in each so plenty of room for all.

Pros: Just returned last week from 5 nights in this lovely apartment in the heart if Puerto Banus. The 2 bed apartment was a great size with two large bathrooms and living area with large seating area with table and chairs outside. Apartment has 3 swimming pools and 2 restaurants attached to it the pools and garden areas were very well maintained and life guard on duty. The complex has electric gates which you have a fob on your keys to allow you to leave directly on to the board walk which takes you to the beach with plaza beach club and ocean beach club on your doorstep. Stayed here as a group of 4 girls and was so close to all the night life and beach clubs. Fantastic for girls or boys trips and family trips away. Loved our stay here and would go back to this apartment.

Pros: The apartment was just a few steps from the beach and the swimming pools, and about 3 minutes walking distance to the marina. The washing machine, coffee maker, fridge, iron, oven and the microwave were available and were in working condition, in fact everything was as described. Bed sheets & towels were clean. The place is very safe, family friendly, close to the bus stop. There is a life guard at the swimming pool and a very nice restaurant and cafe by the pools. The apartment overall is well maintained & nicely decorated. The living room had a nice & spacious balcony. Would definitely recommend to all.

Pros: This apartment, view and location is truly a slice of heaven. We stayed for one week and we felt that was not enough time here if you want to do day trips elsewhere.So plan ahead! We were four people and not one of us was disappointed. We we both loved our bedrooms, they were spacious,with comfortable beds, coverings and pillows. The bathrooms well appointed,as was the kitchen. Puerto Banus proper we more or less passed on in favour of the surrounding towns and villages. Perhaps on a future trip ! All in all a lovely diversion to our normal winters in Spain.

Pros: We had a super week in Puerto Banus. The apartment was spacious, clean & had everything required for a vacation. One of the bathrooms has a walk in shower, which is ideal for a disabled person. We hired a shower stool, from Danny at Hola Mobility, together with a mobility scooter, which fitted in the lift perfectly, & a wheelchair for my mum. There was plenty of room in the apartment to park both chair & scooter without them getting in the way. Access down to the car park was via the lift & there are plenty of ramps throughout the apartment grounds. The gardens are beautiful & so peaceful, & there is easy access onto the beach front where you can find plenty of bars & restaurants.

Pros: The apartment was very spacious with 2 large bedrooms and 2 good sized bathrooms. The facilities were all first rate including wifi, satellite TV with english channels and movies. The gardens were huge and in immaculate condition, with 3 large pools there is no overcrowding and spent most of our time relaxing at poolside.There are also 2 restaurants onhand. The apartment is close to all the local bars/restaurants a minimart and pharmacy are close by no need for car. However secure parking comes with apartment. Finally Nael and Angela were easily contacted with any questions prior to booking and very helpful with suggestions and local information. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend staying at the Playa Del Duque.
