Relax and unwind in this peaceful accommodation just steps from Puerto Banús and the beach. Enjoy a stylish apartment, fully renovated in 2022 with ongoing improvements each year. The residence features a splendid swimming pool, balcony, garden, and paddle tennis court. A tennis and paddle club is very close by, with another paddle club a bit further away.  
  
The apartment offers a modern, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, and all necessary cooking utensils. You’ll find air conditioning for both hot and cold, as well as Internet access. There are two TVs—one in the living room and another in the main bedroom. Both modern bathrooms are fully equipped, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.  
  
Puerto Banús is just a few meters away, and the area offers all kinds of shops and restaurants, including the El Corte Inglés shopping center. It’s the ideal place for a relaxing and comfortable holiday close to all the amenities you might need.
