This is a 2 bed 2 bathroom ground floor flat in quite an old development which has nice gardens and a swimming pool .the flat is a bit dated but has everything you need and was spotlessly clean with decent bed linen and towels ( but bring your own beach towels ) .the flat looks pretty much like it does in the photos and for us the large terrace leading on to the gardens and pool made it a good choice .the terrace had a seating and a dinning area which was covered and reasonably private . Unfortunately the pool was out of bounds when we visited partly due to the local authority ban & then a broken pump . It was only fixed on the last day. Just one of those things .the flat is about a 3 minutes walk to the sea. there is a garage space but it’s a bit tight so hire a small car ! The check in & out procedures were easy and the staff helpful and responsive
This is better than advertised, it’s huge , 2 large bedrooms , a massive sofa in the living room , outside area is just stunning , everything you need is in that apartment, we had a great time and will definitely be back, thank you.

The lovely appartement looks likes the pictures. Unfortunately due to the water shortage in Spain, the pool was not filled with water. The communication with Banus Rentals prior en during our vacation was excellent. We will definitely come back!

Fantastic apartment in a quiet location . The pool was excellent and the grounds are a credit to the hardworking gardener. Close by there is a good well stocked supermarket. There is a lovely walk into Puerto Banus . Try the Italian restaurant at Mistral Beach great food and service

Fantastic apartment located between San Pedro and Banus the apartment is exquisitely furnished with large comfortable bed and lovely south facing garden and quiet secluded pool , the bottle of wine on arrival was a small gesture and gave the impression which was true that you were dealing with an agency that were making an effort to go over and beyond after 30 years of renting apartments in Marbella dealing with various agencies I would have to say I would give the apartment and the agency 10 out of 10 . I will certainly use them again
