  • Located in Marbella, this vacation apartment offers an exceptional beachfront location. The open-plan living and dining area connects seamlessly to a charming terrace overlooking the sea and the Paseo Maritimo, creating the perfect setting for dining and relaxing while enjoying views of the marina entrance.



    The 90 m² apartment features a living room with high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, international channels, and air conditioning. There are two bedrooms: one double with en-suite bathroom, and one twin with terrace and a second bathroom. The modern kitchen, with granite countertops, is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer.



    A shared outdoor area includes a pool open from June 1 to October 1, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower. The apartment is ideally located close to many bars, restaurants, and the picturesque old town.



    The building has an elevator for step-free access. A private, secure parking space with direct access to the apartment is included. Airport or train station shuttle service is available for an extra fee. On request, a baby cot and high chair with utensils are provided free of charge. Late check-in is possible from 10:00 p.m. to midnight for an extra fee. Beach towels and bed linen are provided for your comfort. Parties are strictly prohibited. Security cameras and audio recording devices are placed in strategic locations in the common areas.
