The lawned area is perfect for sunbathing or relaxing after a day of sightseeing in the area. On the property there is a porch with large windows where you can have breakfast in the morning or extend your evenings with your companions while enjoying the tranquillity of the area. It is located on the first floor of a building with a lift. The interior is fully equipped with a living room open to the lounge with Smart TV and air conditioning. The ceramic hob kitchen has all the necessary utensils for comfortable cooking and there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. For sleeping, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and the other with two single beds, both with wardrobe and fan. A bathroom with bathtub completes your stay. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide a cot and highchair. This wonderful flat is located in the quiet area of San Pedro de Alcántara, just 20 minutes from Marbella. It offers a quieter and more authentic atmosphere, ideal for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of tourism while enjoying all the facilities. Ideal for wandering around its cobbled streets, adorned with colourful potted flowers. Just a 10 minute drive will take you to the beach with its numerous beach bars and restaurants along the promenade offering local culinary delights from fresh fish to traditional tapas.
