(16 reviews) The hotel was in pretty good condition, very nice and clean. The only thing I would note is the shower water pressure is quite light, and it does take a good few minutes to become hot. Otherwise, I really enjoyed the hotel, and the quality was great for the cost. I would definitely say it's a solid choice if you come to Cusco and want to be in the historic centre area. The hotel also has a great location, being very close to a number of different shops, cafes, and restaurants. We tried new places to eat every night, and they were all amazing. Additionally, there were a couple laundry shops within 5 minute walk from the hotel, which was very convenient for us. One thing I would note though, is the hotel is on an uphill from the majority of the shops and main areas of the historic centre, so walking back to the hotel might be a bit tiring/challenging, especially if you're experiencing altitude sickness. The hotel does offer complementary coca tea though, so that was nice to have throughout our stay o try and alleviate symptoms. (113 reviews) Unfortunately i cant give too much feedback on the breakfast as i didnt eat breakfast there. What i can say is that i went to the breakfast area to get a pitcher of ice during breakfast hours and it smelled delish, additionally there seemed to have been a variety of breakfast options available. I also saw that they had 4 different options of freah juice made and put out for occupants to drink. The chef was also super kind and stated that he made scrambled eggs and if that is something that i didnt want he can make me fried eggs. He was so kind to also call my toom and offer breakfast again right before they closed. (1,000 reviews) Our stay was generally good but some things were off. We loved the location and style. Breakfast was decent and cleaning was excellent. An issue with our room was addressed right away, but we still had some trouble with hot water supply and staff attention towards one of our party when arranging transportation. These problems did not make our stay bad, but left us feeling some things can be better. Still a solid hotel worth attention, we would consider returning but would just ask for a room that doesn’t face the street.
