Holiday Home 'Gîte Le Petit Sableau' with Pool and Spa, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Located in Marans, the holiday home Gîte Le Petit Sableau offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. This two-storey property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to six people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for remote work, a television, a fan, a washing machine, as well as books and toys for children. A ping-pong table is also available. A baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request.



Enjoy your private outdoor space where you can relax in the hot tub, unwind in the garden, or have a meal on the terrace equipped with a barbecue. You also have access to a shared outdoor area with a heated pool (open from April to September, from 9 am to 8 pm). Access to the spa (open all year) is reserved for adults and available for an extra fee.
