This was my second stay recently. Itbis really value for money. The facilities are very good and the staff is helpful and friendly. Although I speak Portuguese, English is spoken and understood the breakfast is generous and the restaurant has a very good menu for other meals. I highly recommend the Hotel Terminus.

They say a three star hotel with five star services. I would agree. Very convenient in Polana. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was clean with everything i needed. Several choices for places to relax and eat. Great menu and wonderful breakfast included with the price.

A mixed review. The room was fine, air-con worked well, nice bed and was clean. The bathroom was very dated, shower head didn't sit in cradle so water went everywhere. The restaurant is halal so doesn't serve alcohol with meal. They let people smoke in outside area even though there was a no smoking sign. Also people smoked in the indoor bar area - not nice. It's a bit expensive for a medium rated hotel. We arranged airport transfer to pick us up but driver left because our flight was 30 minutes late so we had to call and were hanging around while he came back.

Nice staff, OK breakfast but they need to do two things: 1) make sure that they can serve against the same menu at the pool bar as in the restaurant as one now have choose between the "light menu" with beer or wine at the pool bar; or the full menu with no beer/wine in the front restaurant. 2) a very old, unresolved, issue: in the corridors with rooms in the 4, 5, 6 and 7-hundreds numbering 01 - 08 - please put some simple sun shades on the corridor windows!!!!! Such a simple thing that would save a lot of AC electricity. By midday it's 50 degrees in those corridors......

Good value for money, spacious rooms, very clear 3-star, somewhat run down. Pool area was lovely! Breakfast was ok Area felt safe Parking inside gates Strange that houseleeping came over and over during the day - made us suspicous when they came the third time thinking we were not there. Estrutura excelente, cama super confortável! Acho que o ponto alto foi o atendimento dos funcionários - muito atenciosos e prontos pra apoiar em qualquer situação. Café da manhã delicioso e pratos do restaurante também. Área da piscina muito boa, academia também. Acho que a única coisa que poderia melhorar é o sinal do wifi. Em algumas partes do quarto pegava bem, mas em outras, pra fazer reuniões de trabalho, falhava um pouquinho.
