The staff was wonderful. Very comfortable room. The bar was inviting and well equipped. They offer a short menu with basic pub food but nothing fancy. There is a breakfast buffet for purchase. There is plenty of shopping neaby and familiar chain restaurants.

I had a great stay at Hyatt Place Newark, DE. The location is perfect—right on Main Street and an easy walk to everything, especially the nearby campus. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference. The hotel itself was very clean, and the breakfast was a nice bonus with plenty of options to start the day. Parking was simple and convenient as well. Overall, a really comfortable and hassle-free stay—I’d definitely come back.
