The water in the tub / shower would not turn off completely. It was leaking water from the faucet and the on /off water temp handle.
We went dinner, upon our return to the we discovered water all over the floor. When we contacted desk, they came to the room and stated they had been having problems with the shower. Their comment about the problem “ we can’t get someone in until Monday took at it” their solution , wrap a towel around the leaky faucet handle. As a result we listened to the shower run all night.
At no time did they offer to move us to another room. We asked for a reduction in the bill, we were told we would have take it up with Expedia as we booked through them.
Not the best of experiences at this hotel.
