When there was a break in the weather we could be on the beach in no time. There were 5 of us and we were comfortable with the 3 ocean facing bedrooms so we didn’t even need to use the bunk bed room. Well appointed, clean, great location. Would note that the elevation changes/stairs in the property were challenging for the senior citizen in our party. On the main floor, there is a short step down from the main level to a hallway to access the bathroom and the stairs to the basement. There are grab bars available, so the steps are safe, but were nevertheless unexpected and as a result, there were some stumbles. We lucked out with the weather and had sunshine in March. So wonderful! Such a comfortable home with excellent lighting and lots of seating options. It was easy to find and a perfect location! There was plenty of space in the house for all of us and two dogs. It fits 4 cars in the driveway and is the best spot to walk across the street to the beach. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and the weather was great! It’s close to town and it was easy to run to the store to get a few groceries we needed. We enjoyed making s’mores out by the fire pit and had a wonderful time.
