Abode at the Beach is in the middle of it all. Its great location gives you the ability to park your car and explore all that Manzanita has to offer on foot for your entire stay. This bright cheerful duplex retreat is four blocks to the beach and one block to downtown Manzanita.

With the open floor plan on the main level, you will be able to spend time together while cooking dinner, playing board games at the table, watching TV (streaming available) in the living room, or just relaxing by the gas fireplace. There is a great fenced-in side yard for the kids and dog to play in while you put your feet up and enjoy some quiet time inside after a long fun-filled day at the beach or to get away to when the wind picks up at the beach. Head to the garage and you will find a kids' game table.

Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms and two baths. The main bedroom has a private bath with a brand new TV with a built-in Firestick to watch your favorite shows. The kids' bedroom has a bunk bed with a trundle bed underneath and has a TV/DVD player for the kiddos to watch their favorite movies.

THINGS TO KNOW

This home will have a seasonal gas grill that is generally available from May through September, depending on inclement weather.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Wonderful property

Clean, well stocked and comfortably furnished. The beds were very comfortable and two and a half baths were a plus. Nice outdoor area to sit and enjoy the sunshine with our dog. Close proximity to the beach and town…a few easy walking blocks. A great stay and we would definitely rent this place again.

Great property in idyllic location

Property has a great livable layout. Kitchen is well supplied with cookware and utensils. Everything was very clean on our arrival. The fenced Yard was perfect of managing our dog. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Abode at the beach offers a nicely updated duplex with everything you need, located in the heart of Manzanita. Easy walk to the beach, grocery stores, and shops. The fenced yard was a real plus for kids and dogs. It was a little tight for 8 people, but doable for a shorter stay.

Wonderful

I took my 80 year old mom and our dogs to the beach. This place was exactly as stated. Very convenient to everything and walking distance. We had a wonderful time. Great set up for family with dogs.

The location was great and the fenced backyard was perfect for us and our dog. Future renters should be aware to bring their own shower gel, hair dryer, plastic wrap/ foil, zip lock/ Tupperware (if planning to cook or store left overs)

Our stay at Adobe at the Beach was fantastic! Your home is beautifully appointed with a great kitchen and dining/living room. Your home is lovingly maintained and cleaned to perfection which creates a relaxing atmosphere. Loved the neighborhood, short walk to the beach, and the town of Manzanita. Would love to stay again! We have used VRBO for over 15 years and this home is in our top 5! THANK YOU for sharing your home with us!

Locked out numerous times 😣😣😣

The key pad didn’t work properly. Several times I spent over 30 minutes on the phone with Vacasa changing the code, which would work once and then not again. The agents tried to get me into the lockbox, that didn’t work, then they tried the garage code and that didn’t work. The agent promised to get someone out there asap to fix the lock. No one came or called me back. I came to the beach very stressed out and this was agitating and unacceptable! I finally just left the back door unlocked when I went to the beach so that I wouldn’t spend another frustrating 1/2 hour on the phone. I need to have a partial refund to account for this inconvenience and frustration. This house is clean and pleasant, and I urge you not to hire Vacasa as the “host.”

Great location with an easy walk to the beach and downtown. Beds were super comfy as was LR furniture. We wished there was more seating on the back patio as the table only had 4 chairs; a chaise, two outdoor chairs etc., would be a fabulous addition!Kitchen had everything we needed but the quality was not great on flatware and pots and pans. Overall a very nice stay at a great location!!
