The view from the balcony is great. It is up high and overlooks the bay. The pool is awesome but the pool staff are not so good. For a good portion of the trip, they had children running the bar. Barceló Karmina All Inclusive
Hotel is clean. Restaurants a la carte are not open, when are open 1 time in 5 days no availability. All inclusive hotel and I have to pay for room service this is disrespectful. Hotel is nice and clean but old , old furniture in lobby and rooms needs upgrade.
