No devuelve la fianza y trato deficiente Mi experiencia ha sido muy negativa. La comparto por si sirve de ayuda a alguien que se esté planteando alquilar esta casa o cualquiera de la propiedad de Victoria, porque me da la sensación de que su forma de proceder es habitual después de leer reseñas en varias plataformas sobre negocios que ha tenido.no soy la única a la que le ha faltado la devolución de una fianza que ademas no está descrita en los términos de contratación. Lo que ha sucedido es largo, pero no dejes de leer: - Antes de llegar a la casa, la propietaria nos dice por Whatsapp y de forma extra oficial a vrbo que tenemos que pagar una fianza de 100€efectivo y que se devuelve a las 48h de la salida. - Pasamos un buen fin de semana y dejamos la casa en perfecto estado - Los siguientes 15 días fueron asi: La propietaria nos dice que faltan dos copas y la jarra de la cafetera eléctrica. confirmamos que se rompieron dos copas y que nos hacemos cargo pero que la jarra estaba en su lugar al irnos. Victoria nos dice que van a buscarla y que nos mantiene informadas. - Durante días, esperamos pero ni informa ni tampoco responde a mensajes o llamadas. - Por fin nos escribe para informarnos de que la jarra no aparece y que descuente de fianza dos copas y jarra. Mostramos desacuerdo puesto que no habiamos perdido jarra pero con la intención de facilitar los trámites compartimos con ella un enlace Amazon con jarra universal para cafeteras eléctricas. Coste: 11€. - Victoria vuelve a desaparecer y, cuando regresa, nos dice que ha tenido que comprar una cafetera nueva porque entraban unos inquilinos ese fin de semana. ( coste 50€) A tener en cuentra que en la casa había, además un cafetera italiana y una expresso. - Llegados a este punto, contactamos con una abogada. Esta nos recomienda pedir la factura de la compra relativa a la cafetera nueva y a las dos copas. tarda en llegar 10 días y, ante nuestra sorpresa, es reciente. La compra no se ha realizado en la fecha que nos dijo al inicio, ante la llegada inminente de nuevos inquilinos. Además, ha comprado seis copas. - Al final, dos semanas después de abandonar la casa (y millones de mensajes y llamadas), nos devolvió 23 € de 100 que entregamos. Hemos pagado una cafetera nueva, que nunca estropeamos, y seis copas ( rompimos 2) Lo peor es la sensación de que te estén tomando por tonta y el trato con ella ha sido muy deficiente. Es prepotente, no responde y cambia de versión constantemente. ##### Ana G. Es muy amplia y a la vez cómoda, por lo que la estancia ha sido muy placentera. Sin duda una casa rural con todo lo que se necesita para desconectar y relajarse, además nos ha encantado mucho por la tranquilidad que se respira en el pueblo. Victoria estuvo muy pendiente de nuestra estancia antes, durante y después de la misma. Es detallista al 100%... Desde aquí te damos las gracias mi pareja y yo. Se preocupa mucho de que todo vaya bien. La casa está equipada con todos los electrodomésticos, utensilios, especias, café, azúcar, aceite, vinagre.... Es como si la familia hubiera cogido su ropa y dejado todo lo demás. El jardín es muy acogedor, con diferentes zonas. Muy bien iluminado. Las camas muy cómodas. Los baños modernos.
