Come relax at our family beach house and enjoy stunning views overlooking the bay. The house has been completely renovated, everything is brand new! 1st FL BR and full bath for easy access, 5 person hot tub, 2 kayaks, 6 bikes, game room with ping pong, basketball & arcade games. 8 min walk to beach and 15 min drive to Jenkinson's Boardwalk and Aquarium. This house is our happy place, perfect destination for 2-3 families and multi-generation family vacation.
Discount available for 2 week or 1 month rentals.

Great Location

Enjoyed new deck on inlet of bay in order to kayak; use hot tub in evening; have dinner at large table; and watch the sunset. House had everything you needed for cooking, coffee, beach towels, great game room and lots more. Had a great "family" week. Great communication with Katy.

An amazing time

Katy’s place is simply amazing! It was filled with everything you could ever need to enjoy your stay! The new patio/deck was great for breakfast, outdoor games, crabbing and family BBQ. Our 5 and 8 year old grand children were never at a loss for something to do either inside or out! The well supplied kitchen made cooking a breeze. Katy was an available and caring hostess, she made us feel like our comfort and enjoyment were her top priority. I’d strongly recommend this place to anyone who asks….

Excellent Beach House

Our group, consisting of 10 guests, had the pleasure of staying in this beach house that blends modernity, space, and comfort. We enjoyed the house's cleanliness and design. The kitchen, was well-equipped with everything we needed to create delightful meals. Adjacent to the kitchen, the living room offered a nice space to unwind. One of the standout features was the newly constructed deck that extended over the water, offering nice views and a sense of serenity. This became the favorite spot for the children, who spent hours immersed in the joy of fishing, crabbing, and playing in the game room, which was thoughtfully stocked with entertainment for all ages. As for the adults, the kayaks provided an enjoyable way to explore the surroundings. Whether lounging on the deck or paddling in the inlet, there was something for everyone to enjoy. The beautiful beach, just a short 5-minute walk away. What added to our satisfaction was the absolute accuracy of the listing; everything was exactly as described, and there were no unwelcome surprises. The host’s responsiveness further enhanced our experience, as all our inquiries were promptly and courteously addressed.

Had an Amazing time. Highly recommended.

I rented this newly renovated, luxurious two story house in Mantoloking, New Jersey. The house was well kept and very spacious with an open concept kitchen which is connected to the living room. The location was perfect for my family with being on the water and plenty of activities to do such as an arcade in the game room, kayaking, biking, and lots more. Everything in the town is very close and convenient with just being minutes away from the beach and boardwalk. The host kept in contact to make sure everything was okay. The host was amazing and made our stay a joy. I would recommend this for families who enjoy the water and want to get closer together in a brand new house! Definitely returning and already planning our next visit!
