This fully remodeled 1909 cottage is perfect for a family or small group! Features include:
- Kid, pet, and family friendly with a playground and large grassy area to play.
- Close to mountains and outdoor recreation.
- Tons of parking for trucks, trailers, RVs, and toy haulers.
- EV-friendly with a Level 2 (40A) J1772 charger (w/ Tesla adapter) and NEMA 14-50 outlet (for RV's or to use your own portable EV charger).
This historic home is an ideal basecamp for adventurers or for a family.
This listing is for the entire main floor of the house. If you need more bedrooms or space check out the listing for the entire house that adds 3 more bedrooms (1 upstairs and two downstairs) and 7 more beds along with a TV/Game Room. Link below:

Outside has covered parking for two vehicles and uncovered parking for four or five more. Enough space for one or two truck/trailers. There is a large field across the street that can fit several large truck/trailers. Cost for the field parking is $25/vehicle. Parking at the house is all free.
Smart lock. You will be provided a code to use the day of check in.
We ask that our guests start a load of towels, throw away trash, and start the dishwasher before leaving.
GUEST COUNT: Pricing is based on number of guests so its important/required that you book for the appropriate number of guests that will be staying. You can also adjust the number if it changes.
PET POLICY: Well-behaved, house-trained pets are welcome with prior approval. All pets must be declared at the time of booking through VRBO for proper pricing. Pets are not permitted on beds or bedding. You are welcome to bring your own blanket or pet bed to place on top. Pets must NOT be left unattended in the property at any time. Guests are responsible for removing all pet fur and hair from furniture prior to checkout. Excessive pet hair, damage, or odors may result in additional cleaning charges. Thank you for helping us keep the space clean and enjoyable for all guests!
