Linda casa vacacional en conjunto frente al mar, con espectacular área social frente al Pacífico con acceso directo a la playa
La casa cuenta con todas las facilidades para una estancia cómoda con la familia, disfrutar del maravilloso clima manabita, relajarse en el jacuzzi privado sin desconectarse del mundo con el WiFi.
Está ubicada a 5 minutos del aeropuerto, 15 minutos del Mall del Pacífico, 30 minutos de Santa Marianita. La urbanizacion no tiene acceso a la playa.
El espacio
Spa Beach House Manta tiene una capacidad máxima para 8 personas, la casa cuenta con 3 dormitorios equipados cada uno con una cama tamaño Queen (para dos personas adultas), smart Tv con acceso a internet y Netflix, con aire acondicionado; La sala esta equipada con 2 sofas camas (para uso de niños), smart Tv solo con acceso a direct TV, con aire acondicionado; El comedor con capacidad para 6 personas; La cocina esta equipada con estufa con horno, refrigeradora, lavaplatos, microondas, arrocera, parrilla electrica, sandwichera, licuadora, cafetera, set de ollas para cocinar y vajilla completa; El patio trasero cuenta con jacuzzi privado para hidromasajes con agua caliente y fria con capacidad para que pueda ser utilizado aproximadamente 7 personas al mismo tiempo (también lo puedes utilizar como una piscina pequeña); una mesa de pic-nic, una BQQ para un asado con la familia, un exterior muy comodo para platicar, leer y relajarte; Lavanderia cuenta con una maquina lavadora/secadora solamente para uso de los huespedes; Parqueadero, la casa solamente cuenta con espacio para estacionar 1 vehículo, si necesitas parqueo para vehículos adicionales, puedes dejarlo en el parqueo exterior del conjunto gratuitamente. Se aceptan 1 mascota pequeña de aproximadamente 5 libras. Este es un lugar para los amantes de la tranquilidad, Prohibido las fiestas.
Acceso de los huéspedes
En el patio de la casa está el jacuzzi privado, solo para los huespedes.
Los huéspedes también pueden utilizar la piscina de la ciudadela que esta frente al mar y estarán disponibles para su disfrute, pueden acceder directamente a la playa desde la ciudadela, el horario de la piscina es de 9am a 8pm, la piscina esta cerrada los dias lunes por mantenimiento.
Otros aspectos a destacar
Spa Beach House Manta tiene parqueo para 1 vehículo, el cual debes de parquear en el parqueadero de la casa, NO sobre la calle, si necesitas parqueo para más vehículos lo puedes dejar en el parqueo exterior del conjunto de forma gratuita con vigilancia
Solo se acepta 1 mascota pequeña que no superen las 5 libras .
Los días Lunes no esta habilitada la piscina por motivos de mantenimiento..De martes a domingo esta totalmente disponible 8am a 8pm
