- Enjoy the best Lake Kerr has to offer. Waterfront home with dock and sandy beach swim area. In a quiet cove with deep water perfect for fishing or just sitting by the water watching the sunset- catch catfish right off the dock. Quiet family friendly community. All the conveniences of home provided. Fire pit perfect for s'mores by the water. Lovely water view from the main living areas. Open floor concept, perfect for enjoying family time. Kayaks for use or bring your boat and keep at the dock. Boat ramp directly across the lake for easy and close boating access. Please note this lake is controlled by the dam and we cannot control lake water levels.
