  • Welcome to a "Little Piece of Paradise"! This home is situated within walking distance of Kerr Lake. You will have access to your own private pickleball court and equipment, private dock, 2 kayaks, outdoor fire pit, spacious deck and outdoor entertaining area including a gas grill, gas smoker, and an ice maker. This is a great family space, we have lots of games for the rainy days. Bring your boat! You can use our private dock or public boat landing within 5 miles.
