The hotel needs investment- hairdryer in the room was broken. Lots of TV stations not working. Very old fashioned decor. The hotel really needs investment

The interior design of this hotel and location are excellent. We especially enjoyed the balcony view of our room. The staff, however, was not very helpful. Our mini bar in the room wasn't working and we were told that mini bars are not supposed to keep things cool. There are also no coffee or tea makers in the rooms. We asked to borrow a water kettle, but were told they aren't permitted in rooms of old hotels--also not true. The rooms are also very hot with no cross ventilation, so if the weather is warm, I would not recommend staying here.
