8.4/10 Very good! (1,118 reviews)
We were refused an extra cot when our booking specifically said the room slept 4 adults . Beds were small , could not comfortably sleep 4.
Elevators were down for service for a lot of the stay.
We lost all hot water in the room on two seperate mornings and repeated attempts to contact staff were unanswered .

Overall the room and hotel was very clean. I don’t know what jr was before being a hotel but you see remnants of a past life. It’s quiet and quaint. I recommend getting a suite if traveling for two or more. The bedding could use an update and include more lush options and thicker material. The location however can’t be beat. Be prepared to pay hefty daily valet or just park in lot across the street.

10/10 Exceptional! (24 reviews)
"My hubby and I had such a great time!! The home was very clean and exactly as it was described/photos displayed. Sarah (the host) was so easy to get ahold of. We will absolutely be coming back! If you need a quiet, secluded getaway less than an hour from the city of Pittsburgh, this is it!!"
