It comprises three bedrooms that can comfortably sleep 6\. The master bedroom has two double beds with an en-suite shower. The remaining two bedrooms include a single and double bed respectively. There is another bath with a tub and shower on the second floor. The first floor has a nicely sized TV/Sitting room, eat-in Kitchen, laundry room and bathroom. A small backyard is available to soak up the occasional Irish Sun (or rain) as you prefer. The property can accommodate one car directly in front of the property. It's a great spot in a little village that also has everything you'd need and free of tourists. It was a good home base for seeing off-the-beaten-path parts of Ireland. The house was perfect for our family. We cook a lot and there was everything we needed to prepare home cooked food for our family. We all settled in very easily with very clear instructions from the owner. The town is very quaint with lots of walks locally and a bit further afield. We adventured to fossil filled beaches, mountain walkways, limestone caves, Neolithic tombs, fairy filled forests and Supervalu supermarket. We were here for three nights.Mike was very communicative, checking in with us a day or two before our arrival and again during our stay. Instructions for the house were incredibly detailed. This was very helpful, as Irish household appliances can operate quite differently than in the US.The location is quiet, just at the edge of town and off the main road. A half mile walk to the good-sized Supervalu grocery store, and a few more blocks to town center.The home is roomy and immaculate. Thick duvets on the beds and plenty of pillows. The kitchen was well equipped. We were very comfortable.Hoping to come back sometime and stay longer so we can further explore the beautiful surrounding countryside!
