After being out all day you just want to enjoy some hot water after coming back during the night. The shower also clogged up we mentioned this a couple times and we were told on the 3rd day by a staff member we were turning it on wrong I mean how should we know, my partner isn’t Samoan so by far this wasn’t good for him. Due to this we left the hotel after we couldn’t handle it no more. we didn’t ask for a refund for our last 2 nights we stayed there and there was just no other option besides the apologies from other staff members just had enough. Disappointed! Room 17 do not stay here.
