Check-in is from 3pm but if the cleaners have finished before then and you want to gain access please knock to see if they are inside. If you find the house is dirty or they are still working, you are welcome to leave your bags in the downstairs but unfortunately whilst they are cleaning we cannot give you access to any other part of the house. There are two front door keys kept in a key safe located at the side of the house behind the gas meter. Enter the combination code, press down the lever and pull it forward to open the box to release the keys to the property.
