The hotel is in a quiet part of town which is nice, The staff is super helpful and nice.
the hotel could use a bit of maintenance the carpets in my room were ripped, the bathroom ceiling's pain was bubbling and chipping away and the shower head could be replaced. Great value for the price however really needs some maintenance done!

Stayed here for 5 nights while in town for a conference. Location is amazing, views were stunning, everything was nice, comfy, clean, etc. It’s just an outdated hotel, especially carpets and finishes, bathroom especially. Staff was okay, some days they held the door, some days they didn’t. Housekeeping everyday rocked, room was spacious and comfortable, lobby area was inviting and nice. I’m praying I never have to go to Portland again but if I did I would stay here.

The $60 pet fee for one night stay with my dog was outrageous,I also did not receive any $20 parking credit on my bill as advertised, this takes a reasonably priced very nice hotel on a Thursday to another level adding another $100 on to the total price.
a pet fee is fine but $60 is more than I have ever paid,with no pet it would have been reasonable.

"One sheet, top “cover” was a comforter…wonder when the last time it was cleaned, as it was the only cover on our bodies! If they have spare pillows-put a case on them so we didn’t have to see all the sweat stains! Coffee maker didn’t work properly? So no coffee? Toilet was in Japanese- a bidey not ..."
