"Shocked with the hotel. It’s little better than lodge & feel terribly cheated having paid 10k a night. I understand it was Christmas weekend but anyone booking should not pay more than 5k a night.

The service levels were exceptional throughout our stay. A heartfelt shoutout to Ramu** and Veerumani at the restaurant. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality enhanced every meal. Our kids had a blast thanks to Feroz, the activity manager, who kept them joyfully engaged with well-planned games and entertainment, giving us some much-needed relaxation.
