The property has a beautiful view, charming neighborhood, easy accessibility, and garage space available. It was excellent in so many ways, clean with everything one could need. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the deck each morning and evening, very comfy deck furniture! We had an extremely busy weekend, filled with family gatherings, and this rental provided us with a place to relax and be comfortable. The unit was very clean, appeared new and very welcoming. Beautiful views, amazing sunrises, clean and beautifully decorated. Just right. Walking distance to the Marina and downtown. We plan to return in the winter to snowshoe some trails. The location of this property can't be beat - Easy access to the Mariner's Trail between Manitowoc and Two Rivers, directly across from the Marina. Easy walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops (< 1 mile). The views are amazing from the deck - watching all the boats at the harbor and the SS Badger car-ferry arrival/departures. The apartment is clean, comfortable and stocked with basic necessities - there is a grill outside as well. The garage was great to not have to park on the street.
