This magnificent bright apartment offers an exceptional panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea, the majestic Rock of Gibraltar and the Moroccan coastline. Located on the second and last floor of a quiet, modern and secure residence, it has numerous quality facilities, such as an infinity pool, a gym and a small children's playground. The building is also equipped with a lift for your comfort.   
  
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, as well as a large south-facing terrace, ideal for enjoying the Andalusian climate. You can also relax on the private solarium. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and offers secure indoor parking.   
  
Located near the ports of La Duquesa and Sotogrande, just 20 minutes from Estepona and 40 minutes from Marbella, this apartment is only 800 metres from the beach on foot, or a few minutes by car from several beautiful beaches. The region is full of golf courses and padel clubs. Shops, bars and restaurants are less than 10 minutes by car, allowing you to discover and fully enjoy Andalusian culture.
