  • Enjoy a relaxing holiday in this charming 2-bedroom apartment, located just a few steps from the sea. With an area of 81 m2 and a 22 m2 terrace, this property offers everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay.



    The apartment features air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, as well as heat pump heating. It includes 2 full bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub. There are 4 beds distributed in 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed and 2 single beds, making it an ideal space for families or groups of friends.



    The American kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and kitchen utensils. It also has WiFi connection and television.



    Outside, you can enjoy a pleasantly furnished terrace and a shared communal swimming pool open in summer.



    The location is ideal, just 800 metres from the sandy beach. Furthermore, nearby, you will find golf courses, supermarkets, Selwo Park water park and Málaga airport just 103 km away.



    Some work will be carried out on the swimming pool for its improvement in May 2026



    The handover of keys is carried out at our agency, located at the port of La Duquesa in Manilva.

Great stay

Lovely apartment, clean and well equipped. Quiet location and good views made for a tranquil break, whilst being able to easily reach nearby attractions and restaurants by car. I would definitely recommend this great value for money holiday home. It would have been great if the dishwasher had worked but looked like it needed products, salt etc, to do so. Otherwise well equipped kitchen that was very clean.

Lovely apartment. Best thing was the sea view, the apartment is in a direct line to the sunrise every morning. Very clean with good facilities in the apartment. Could do with a full length mirror somewhere in the apartment. Kitchen well equipped.

Nice views, a few things to improve.

Views, location. Bed quality, property maintenance (when i arrived, the fuses were off, there was a bad smell in both bathrooms, suggesting that nobody entered for a fair amount of time and water from the sewage dried out). It needs a bit of attention, otherwise the downsides will go above the brilliant views.

Lovely spacious clean apartment, everything thought of. The check in process with Zapholiday was a bit stressful. I checked in with my passport details fine, my friend had problems. The morning we were leaving I get messages saying we're not checked in so can't have the keys. Had to then send photos of passports separately. I think system needs reviewing as also kept getting texts with no info in them. I knew to then look at emails. Apartment was perfect.

Centraal gelegen complex, dicht bij strand. Afgeschermd parkeerterrein. Prima zwembad. Voor overige zaken wel een auto nodig. Keukenapparatuur en kookgerei zijn aan vervanging toe. Slechts 1 klein keukenhanddoekje.
