Sea Views Apartment with Terrace and Pools

  • Bring the whole family to this fantastic holiday rental, which has plenty of space to have fun. It features three spacious bedrooms and two terraces. Just 200 metres from the beach and in the heart of Puerto de la Duquesa, with all amenities close at hand. It also includes an underground parking space and swimming pools in the development across the street.

    A spacious duplex with a terrace furnished for dining and reading, as well as an upper terrace with two hammocks and a small barbecue.
    There is one bathroom on the lower level and another on the upper level. Both floors are connected by a spiral staircase.

    It is important to note that access to the parking space and the swimming pools is through the residential complex across the street, which is 300 metres away, meaning the home is in a different building complex from the one where the parking space, gardens, and pools are located.
