Flaming Gorge Getaway - Boat Parking + Fenced Yard + Prime Location!

"This is a good spot as base camp to adventure in the Gorge NRA. It’s a peaceful location with beautiful view from back yard over pasture and mountains.The back yard is over grown but gratefully all fenced for our dog. Good amount of space inside. Linens on beds seem to be pet affected because we experienced high allergies. Opening windows for air flow was unpleasant due to very dirty frames and sills. All the doors squeak which could easily be remedied. The kitchen cookware needs cleaning and more serving utensils and mixing/serving bowls and sharp knives would be great. The one grocery store is very limited, but nice customer service and within walking distance"

"We had a lakeside room so we could stand on the balcony and view the beautiful sunset on the lake or watch people fishing or putting their boat into the lake. that was great. I personally enjoyed listening to the wide variety of birds in the woods next to the building during the day and the frogs at night. It was beautiful. The room as clean, huge bathroom, comfortable bed, nice pillows. no breakfast but a nice big pot of coffee in the lobby. I can’t wait to come back!"

"The cabin exceeded our expectations. Extremely well stocked, Fresh bread on arrival, great coffee, everything was perfect. Truly enjoyed the swim hot tub after a long day of fishing. Best place in Dutch John."

"Property was nice and roomy. Loved that TV actually worked for those windy evenings that fishing was not possible . Nice table so everyone could eat together - Sad that prices almost doubled when looking for next year on fixed incomes will need to either forget the trip entirely or shorten it 3 entire days to get same price . Worth the money this year though . Thanks for the wonderful time this year :)Sorry I am sure others feel doubling the price is quite steep for a fishing only area - Very nice stay with friends been coming for 4 years to Manila fishing is good even with crazy reductions of water levels . I did not state specific pricing it is not allowed so hopefully being more obscure with the details still gets the point across - Nice place to stay beds were clean - hose was clean - kitchen area nice - some pans not useable but we brought our own kind of used to that if you use rentals - Thanks for the great memories of friends - sharing food - and fishing"
