Pralor Le Peille is an OVO Network property. The OVO Network team’s opinion - The beautifully renovated Alpage du Pralor is an old farmhouse which has been split into two very smart semi detached rental properties each for 8 people, Le Nova and Le Peille. This property has 4 ensuite bedroom and is spread over three floors. It is a perfect base for those who value nature, space and simply stunning panoramic views. Virtually every window is like the frame of a picture postcard! With very good quality workmanship and craftsmanship throughout the build itself, natural fabrics and colours, a hammam and an outdoor jacuzzi thrown into the mix too, this property is ideal for a family a group of friends, or couples. Le Peille has south facing balconies and a dining terrace to the west of the chalet from which to catch the sunset every night. There are only shower rooms in Le Peille. If you don't want to share a garage, or parking spaces this is not the property for you. The hammam is accessed via the garage, bath robes are provided. Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included. Please note this chalet is a semi detached property, particular attention was paid to high quality sound proofing during construction. For electric vehicle owners, a flat-rate fee of €50 will be charged upon arrival at the chalet to cover the cost of the electricity needed to recharge the batteries. The access to the separate hammams for each apartment is via the garage. Please note that the maximum capacity of the chalet is 8 people + 1 baby sleeping in a travel cot. This number cannot be exceeded for safety and insurance reasons. The table football, ping-pong table and deck chairs are not available in winter. The table football and ping-pong table are located in the garage and for the use of both properties. As part of a responsible approach to energy management, please ensure that lights and electronic devices are turned off when not in use. Informations préalables bien complètes. Excellent accueil. La disposition des jacuzzis entre les deux chalets est idéale pour l'intimité de chacun. Très agréable d'avoir deux terrasses. Une des deux terrasses donne sur l'accès garage où sont les jeux communs aux deux chalets. Tout était parfait : l'emplacement sur les hauteurs avec une vue panoramique à couper le souffle sur les chaînes de montagnes enneigées, nos soirées "confidence" au coin du poêle allumé, nos moments détente dans le jacuzzi avec la pleine lune en invitée et les cerfs qui viennent nous saluer..... Nous avons passé un très très bon séjour dans votre Chalet Pralor Le Peille. Le chalet et la vue sont vraiment magnifiques !!!! Nous avons adoré le jacuzzi au milieu des montagnes, et le petit déjeuner en terrasse ! L'accueil des propriétaires au logement comme à leur magasin est chaleureux et attentionné. Merci à eux pour leurs discussions, leurs conseils et leur disponibilité. C'était vraiment une très belle semaine partagée en famille. Merci beaucoup !!!! ##### François E.
