About CHALET ... Charming cottage renovated with care, classified 3 stars, facing South, panoramic view of the mountains: La Tournette, Sulens and Charvin.
Nestled in the middle of the trees, away from the road and noise. This chalet is an ideal place for a pleasant stay in the mountains in an exceptional environment 10 minutes walk from the slopes.
It is ideally located in Manigod, a charming Savoyard village where the three-star chef Marc Veyrat opened his 5-star establishment "La maison des Bois", near the village of La Clusaz (4km) and its vast ski area. The ski bus stops at 100m: you will therefore quickly access the slopes of La Croix Fry - Merdassier directly connected to the area of La Clusaz (green slope).
The property... Nothing has been left to chance in this superb renovation, in which 10 people can be divided into 5 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and toilets. The cottage is ideal for 2 families, or a large group of friends and offers all the amenities and comforts for an unforgettable mountain vacation. We were on easter break for a week 8 of us, wonderful chalet, has everything you could possibly need. unbelievable views ! We all had an amazing time and caught the last of the snow in La Clusaz. Would happily stay again and recommend to others.
We had a wonderful time in chalet Picea! So cozy and comfortable! With a great view. We were here with 9 adults (my family) and we all felt at home at once.
We had a wonderful time in this cosy, rustic chalet with impeccable views. It was great for two families and had everything we needed. Only things to watch out for are head heights - there are lots of low level ceilings and so not great for very tall people and lots of steep steps so not brilliant if you have any mobility issues at all. However for a stay very near to the Croix Fry lifts, easy ski hire, slopes, cross country ski and delightful walks it was perfect.
Das Chalet liegt wunderschön an einem ruhigen, sonnenbeschienenen Berg. Die Aussicht auf der Terrasse ist herrlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen dort. Obwohl es 10 Schlafmöglichkeiten gibt, war die Anzahl genau passend. In direkter Nähe gibt es ein kleines Skigebiet. Das Skigebiet La Clusaz ist mit den Skiern erreichbar.

J'ai particulièrement apprécié la belle vue sur les montagnes, que nous avions à partir du chalet
Le séjour s'est très bien passé, le chalet était propre et conforme à la description, et plutôt bien équipé. Nous avons bien profité des environs et du spa.La boulangerie de Manigod est en revanche à éviter, la qualité des produits est assez médiocre.Je recommande le marché de Manigod, le mardi matin, les produits sont de qualité.
la croix Fry est une petite station merveilleuse.Le plateau de beauregard pour le ski de fond mérite bien son nom. Le club piou piou est très bien avec du personnel s'appliquant a faire skier les petits.Ajoutons a cela une meteo exceptionnelleBeaucoup de chance pour nous
Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances en famille (8 adultes et 2 enfants de moins de 5 ans) dans ce joli chalet entouré de sapins, situé sur les hauts de Manigod, à quelques minutes en voiture de la station de La Croix Fry - La Clusaz. Malgré une météo maussade, nous avons passé de bons moment dans ce chalet bien équipé, partiellement rénové, disposant d’un sauna, d’un poêle dans le salon et de 5 chambres. Cuisine fermée bien équipée également et grande table dans la salle à manger permettant de dîner à 10.Seul bémol la literie : 3 lits double de 140 cm. (dommage, on aurait préféré 160 cm…) et 4 lits de 80 cm., corrects pour les enfants mais pas adapté pour des adultes.La station de La Croix Fry est peut être accessible à pieds, mais il vaux mieux y aller en voiture, la station disposant d’un très grand parking.

Belle semaine avec soleil.Accès difficile avec neige et glace.Insonnorisation de l'étage à revoir.
Séjour de rêve à la montagne pour la semaine de Noël avec nos enfants, beaux-enfants, notre petite fille de 2 ans et nos 2 chiens soit 9 adultes et 1 enfant. Le chalet est conforme à la description . La vue est magnifique, proche du départ des pistes.
Chalet conforme à la description, sous le col de la CroixFry. Bonne implantation pour des randos pédestres ou vtt sur le plateau de Beauregard et sur le col de Merdacier. la Clusaz à vingt minutes pour d’autres possibilités… Approvisionnement à Thones, au pied du col, vingt minutes également. Bonne communication avec les gérants et la propriétaire. Réception internet faible vitesse, réception télévision par satellite également faible.
Belle vue sur les pâturages et les chaines de montagne,
Plusieurs départs de randos familiales possibles depuis le chalet (ou moins de 1 km en voiture)
Pour les courses, nous recommandons l'Intermarché entre la Clusaz et Thônes.
Nous sommes ravis d’avoir loué ce chalet, bien placé, bien propre, très confortable et très bien équipé.
Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine !

Chalet isolé entre le village de Manigod et le col de La croix Fry, vue magnifique sur la montagne. Le chalet est très bien équipé (a priori rien ne manque) et avec un électro ménager de qualité, un grand plus avec le sauna au rez de chaussée. Idéalement placé pour les randonnées et le vélo / vtt, il mériterait toutefois un petit rafraîchissement. En l'état, il reste néanmoins fort agréable et fonctionnel, et nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.
