Owner living speaks French, English and a little Dutch. The goats greeted us cheerfully at the house in the morning. Don't take good hygiene into account. (This might be a point of attention and replacement of the sofa. Maybe leather for maintenance and hygiene). We brought our own couch blankets and bedding. It was fine. During the day you can go into the woods and in the evening you can all snuggle up by the fire. For us absolutely come back again! Personne pour nous accueillir et nous donner les informations, juste un mot disant que le gîte est ouvert. Pas d'eau chaude à l'évier de cuisine, le mousseur du robinet de la salle de bain manquant, si on l'ouvre un peu fort, on est éclaboussé copieusement. Il nous a fallu 1/4 h pour arriver à mettre la TV sur le bon canal, aucun mode d'emploi... A la fin du séjour, nous avons regardé dans le tableau électrique et avons découvert un disjoncteur relevé, c'est celui lié au petit boiler de la cuisine; encore une fois rien ne nous indiquait que faire. Nous l'avons relevé, mais il n'a pas tenu. Nous avons chauffé l'eau pour la vaisselle dans la bouilloire électrique dont le socle est partiellement fondu. De keuken is veel te klein en vertoonde meerdere mankementen: stopcontacten die niet werkten, dampkap was aan elkaar gekleefd, lichten waren opgevuld met keukenpapier (werkten dus ook niet),... In de living was het salon veel te vuil, een kussen was zelfs doornat, de electriciteitskast was niet afgesloten en de zekeringen zijn niet meer conform de wet. Electriciteitsdraden liggen praktisch bloot op de grond. De tuinstoelen waren heel vuil en op de bijhorende kussens vonden we plukken kattenhaar (van de thuiskatten) en niet enkele haartjes dus. De huisdieren kwamen ons meermaals storen. De kussens op de bedden waren zeker niet hygiënisch en van allerlei soorten. Sorry voor deze opsomming maar dit logement vind ik niet waardig om verhuurd te worden. We hebben zelfs getwijfeld om te vertrekken en een ander logement te zoeken. ##### Mariane B. Echt uitkijken als je met een koffer de trap betreedt. De warme waterkraan in de keuken deed het niet en een verwarming in de kamer viel om toen een gordijn werd dichtgedaan. Dat was echt schrikken. Een leuk terrasje en mooie tuin bij het huis, maar de privacy laat te wensen over. Bei der Ankunft in unserem gemieteten Haus schien es nicht gereinigt worden zu sein. Es gab Schmutz auf dem Boden, Hundehaare auf dem Fernsehschrank und ein langes Haar im Waschbecken. Darüber hinaus wurden vor Ort zusätzliche Kosten für unsere Hunde erhoben, die auf der Website nicht erwähnt wurden, und es gab keine Abdeckung, obwohl auf der Website WLAN versprochen wurde. Nach der Kontaktaufnahme würden sie sich umgehend an den Vermieter wenden und uns zurückrufen. Dort befanden wir uns am Waldrand, wohin wir gefahren waren, und hatten endlich Reichweite gefunden. Wir standen eine Stunde lang da und warteten auf den Anruf. Zurück zum Haus konnten wir nicht, da wir dort keinen Empfang hatten. Nachdem ich 2 Stunden gewartet hatte, rief ich selbst zurück. Dann wurde mir gesagt, dass die Büros geschlossen seien und wir es am nächsten Tag noch einmal versuchen müssten (das war der SOS-Dienst!). Dann beschlossen wir schließlich, nach Hause zurückzukehren, da die Situation nicht geklärt war. Am nächsten Tag musste ich noch einmal anrufen, wobei mir mitgeteilt wurde, dass noch keine Antwort vom Vermieter eingegangen sei. Ich habe jeden Tag der Woche angerufen, um ein Update zu erhalten, da es offenbar zu schwierig war, nach mehreren Versprechungen zurückzurufen. Am Ende haben wir unser Geld nicht zurückbekommen. Der Vermieter lehnte dies ab, da er der Meinung war, dass dies kein ausreichender Grund für eine Stornierung sei! Wenn ich ein Haus miete, erwarte ich, dass es gereinigt wird, ich denke, das ist nur normal! Ich möchte auch über anfallende Mehrkosten informiert werden. Das schlimmste Urlaubserlebnis aller Zeiten. Ich würde Belvilla niemandem empfehlen. Wenn Sie ein Haus mit erlaubten Hunden mieten möchten, verweise ich Sie gerne auf Hunde inklusive. ##### Mieke G. Die Privatsphäre empfanden wir als geringer, da die Leute an der Küche vorbei zum Haus gingen. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht und in der Küche gab es kein heißes Wasser. Dies wurde gemeldet, aber nicht behoben. Auch das Wohnzimmer war nicht richtig gereinigt worden. Der Besitzer antwortet nicht auf E-Mails und WhatsApp-Nachrichten. Obwohl Hunde erlaubt sind, wurde nicht erwähnt, dass auch zwei streunende Ziegen anwesend waren und eine Hauskatze, die unseren 1-jährigen Teenager-Hund völlig in die Wildnis trieb, da das Gelände nicht eingezäunt ist, konnten wir sie nicht freilassen. Der Sohn des Besitzers wohnt offenbar in der Nähe des Ferienhauses (die Haustür ist direkt gegenüber) und auch ein Freund von ihm war im Ferienhaus, in einem separaten Wohnbereich, wo die Treppe hinaufgeht, unterwegs. Das erfuhren wir bei der Ankunft, weil wir mit dem Sohn gesprochen hatten, als er abends von der Arbeit nach Hause kam, er war freundlich, es gab dafür keinen persönlichen Empfang, nur ein Papier am Fenster von Frau Dubois, dass es sich um die Gîte handelt Mit dem Schlüssel von innen öffnen. Das Haus war angenehm, sauber und ordentlich. Es ist wunderbar, im Garten zu bleiben, wir durften überall sein, wir hatten Privatsphäre, weil die Terrasse des Sohnes auf der anderen Seite des anderen Hauses liegt. Aber am letzten Tag unseres Aufenthaltes lasen wir im Garten ein Buch und der Sohn fuhr an seinem freien Tag (Donnerstag) plötzlich los und machte viel Lärm, ohne uns zu warnen. Allerdings saßen wir im Gras, das gemäht werden musste. Dann machten wir einen Waldspaziergang, denn das empfanden wir als unangenehm, das war ein schwerer Dämpfer für unsere Gemüter, wir hatten diesen Aufenthalt gebucht, um Ruhe zu finden. Nach anderthalb Stunden kamen wir zurück und er war immer noch beschäftigt, also sprach mein Freund ihn freundlich, aber korrekt darauf an. Er hörte widerwillig auf, woraufhin er für den Rest unseres Aufenthaltes schlecht gelaunt war und keine Möglichkeit mehr hatte, Hallo zu sagen. Schade, denn die Umgebung war wunderschön und der Aufenthalt wäre ideal gewesen ohne Ziegen und eine Katze, die unsere Hunde in die Wildnis trieb, und einen Sohn, der an unserem letzten Tag die Ruhe für uns störte. ##### Rozaly E. Wel moet men die met hond(en) reist er rekening mee houden dat er 2 loslopende tamme geitjes zijn dat misschien vervelende situaties kan opleveren. Aber wir haben das Beste daraus gemacht, denn die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Das Haus selbst ist sehr gemütlich und gemütlich in einer wunderschönen Umgebung. Allerdings war das Badezimmer schwarz mit Schimmel. Auch die Heizung ging immer wieder aus. Der Besitzer hat versucht, etwas dagegen zu tun, aber das hat nicht sehr gut funktioniert Dank des Kamins hatten wir etwas Wärme, aber am frühen Morgen war es eiskalt. Auch der Boiler ging regelmäßig aus. Seltsamerweise war das Haus des Eigentümers schön warm. Dadurch wirkte die Geschichte von Fehlfunktion oder Wasser im Dieselkessel sehr unglaubwürdig.
