Light & Airy Garden-Level Boutique Stay
Welcome to a serene garden-level boutique suite just steps from Aggieville and Kansas State University. Designed to feel bright, open, and restful, this thoughtfully styled space features soft neutrals with subtle purple accents as a nod to K-State. Perfect for a quiet stay, enjoy a plush queen bed, modern fully-stocked kitchen, and relaxing patio in a calm, contemporary setting. Walk to coffee shops, dining, and nightlife while returning home to a peaceful retreat at day’s end.
While we admire and appreciate fury friends, we do not allow them in our home. If this is an issue, we are happy to provide information on pet boarding as an alternative during your stay.
No third party bookings. Third party bookings are subject to cancellation without a refund.
No outside visitors (other than guests accounted for in reservation) allowed in the house. If outside guests are brought into the house, you will be subject to a $50/person per occurrence charge.
Please lock the sliding door when you leave the condo.
No smoking/vaping/420 inside the unit or on the patio where it would disturb other tenants.
Guests who do not check out by 11:00 AM are subject to an additional charge of $50 for every half hour they have not checked out.
