The staff was very courteous and friendly. However, the room we were assigned on the first night was quite a shock. The shower was located in the bedroom with only a single glass wall for separation. There was no sofa and only one chair in the room, as well as just one small bath towel provided. Overall, the room felt more like a closet than a proper hotel room. Given the price we paid, we expected a much more decent accommodation.
The following day, I requested a different room, which we received that evening. This room was significantly better and met our expectations. That said, I believe a discount should have been offered for the first night, which unfortunately did not happen.
Overall, the hotel is very clean and modern.

Be aware that there is NO ELEVATOR for the family rooms (3 bed accommodation) - we were sent across the street and we had to carry all of our suitcases up a narrow flight of stairs. My husband has bad knees and needed the elevator. The front desk just said that they were overbooked and couldn’t do anything for us and that at least it was on the second floor! The bathroom shower has no adequate door and the floor floods every time it is used.
Their restaurant and bar are closed. The front desk staff is rude and completely unhelpful.
I have to say the room was comfortable and location was perfect to walk to any area for shopping , restaurants etc. thankfully we were there only two nights. We would not stay there again.

Wow, I couldn’t wished for a better stay. The couple running the place are extremely helpful, kind and friendly. Clean rooms, beautifully decorated social areas. Central location and free parking outside the hotel after 7pm -9am.

"This was a one night stay with an early checkout so did not have time to try out the breakfast, had a lovely room with a bath and comfy bed, the tv had a wide selection of channels , the hotel itself adjacent to Brussels midi so ideal for the airport shuttle bus . "On arrival we was greeted by Damien to be fair we was very early he let us check in extra €20 he was very polite and helpful he even gave me a free cup of coffee that guy clearly cares about his job and had a lot of respect the room was spacious 508 very clean comfy bed and great shower power"
