For us, this was exactly what we were looking for, and part of the charm. The facilities are quite new and very comfortable, with a large, comfy bed and a spacious bathroom featuring a fantastic rain shower. The pool area is lovely, and the sauna and hot tub are available upon request. The views are stunning. The on-site restaurant serves good food, though the selection could be a bit broader. Prices are on the higher side. What we missed was an appealing outdoor dining area – some spaces exist, but they didn’t feel very inviting. A nice open terrace would be a great addition. Similarly, for rainy or cooler days, an indoor relaxation lounge near the pool would make the experience even better. Service was generally good, but we did notice that room service didn’t replace cups or refill coffee supplies.
