• Two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and one with two single beds  
• Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove, utensils, coffee maker, blender, and more  
• Living room  
• One private bathroom with hot water  
• High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace  
• Independent access with an electronic lock
