Located in La Punta de Montañita, a quiet and residential area right in front of the Surf Point, the suite is part of Casa Barona, a family-style, gated, and secure property with direct private beach access and exclusive entry for guests only. The suite is divided into two main areas: 1\. Kitchenette area: • Cooktop • Minibar • Coffee maker, blender, and kitchenware for two people 2\. Bedroom area: • Full-size bed (two-person capacity) • Air conditioning • Work desk • Closet • Private ensuite bathroom with hot water Additional Amenities: • Independent entrance with electronic lock • Secure parking within the property • High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property • Bi-weekly cleaning service • Hot water • Air conditioning Other Details: • We are a pet-friendly property. Pets are welcome with an additional fee and must follow certain rules to ensure everyone’s comfort.
