I can’t understand how can you leave 2 comments at the same time? But first we were changing the window so you can have a better window. Again if you arrive 6 in the morning we don’t have to give you the room right away. The check in is 2 o’clock ( 14:00) we want to give the best experience to our guest and the best place so they can feel Confortable here. Unfortunately you left because your friend were manipulated you . After you left another person book the same room that was for you. And it was perfect 👌 new window, air conditioner, private bathroom with hot shower. You missed to stay in a nice place because you didn’t have patient. You wrote in the last message that you stay with a friend. But again the check in is 14:00 not 7 in the morning. And but the way the single girls that stay in the hostel want to hang out with us not just girls but man as well. So we are like family that go out together and have a nice time together. I think you misunderstood everything. We take care of the people are staying with us.

Hey amigo. I am so sorry for you. We always do A great job to keep our guest happy. next time you arrive 6 in the morning to a hostel or a place at least be conscience and sit and relax for a while. you see what happens when you take fast decision. Much better be calm and enjoy. Chill.
