All of the staff were lovely, but a special mention goes to the hotel manager and the owner, who were exceptionally welcoming and attentive. "Everything about your stay here was wonderful! Gianluigi was fantastic. We got a flat tire on our way in and he immediately called a mechanic to help us. He offered to have our rental car company call him, since our Italian is terrible and we didn’t know where we were!
