Everything was going well until my daughter became sick after breakfast one day. She experienced vomiting, diarrhea, and loss of appetite. I was instructed to take her to a clinic at the property, which required an out-of-pocket payment, and I also had to purchase medication, which was very expensive. Two days later, I became sick as well. Despite this experience, I really enjoyed the activities offered at the property. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the beach, which could have been better maintained.

the place is in great location but the maintenance is not in a good condition everything is old water leeks to much work needs this place the food is not the best im not happy with the place the only good thing was the people working there and the great view the this place has

I have never been a resort, hotel, airbnb or motel were electricity went off not once but 4 times. I asked for a Pina colleague which I vomited. The property and room was outdated and needed repairs. Bed sheets were stained. The room air conditioner couldn't be control. My companion was freezing, i hardley slept. I had to call reception twice to send someone to fix tv, it wouldn't turn on. The beds were hard and they slided around room as you move. Only two sheao towels in bathroom. Our dinner was horrible (rice was chew, pork was uncooked,etc. Breakfast was bad (pancakes were hard, mangu was not mashed, etc). I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. I ask for partial refund which was denied. I called my taxi to pick us up at 8 a.m. We lasted around 14 hrs in premises. I felt like we were been totured. The only played merengue and bachata which is rare for a resort. A truly nightmare. Please, don't book this resort. I should have known when GPS took us to back entrance which door was broken.
