"Staff inattentive on checkin. Front desk on phones and no greeting. Hot tub broken. Had to ask front desk for towels in pool area every time we visited it. Room clean and large. Comfortable. Great outdoor area for walking and nearby restaurants "

"Breakfast was average at best but free so … you get what you get. I found a dead roach in the bathroom. The shower head was detached and making a weird clinking noise within 3 mins of use. The front desk attendee needs more hospitality training. I asked for the room for another night and her response was ‘well I’ll see what we can do because we are not doing extended check out hours today and we need to clean the room out.’ Then proceeds to whisper ‘this is a mess’ under her breath.
