Five of us stayed in this brand new hotel during Cincinati Open. Beautiful and brand new hotel, most quiet room and very helpful staff. My mom didn’t want to stay in room by herself so the staff helped change the booking with no issues to accommodate family stay.
Best stay in Cincinnati.

The cleanliness of the hotel was okay, and I was quite satisfied with both the breakfast service and the quality of the food.
However, the soundproofing was terrible. Whenever someone closed a door on the same floor, the noise was so loud that it would wake me up. On top of that, the toilet in my room would randomly make flushing noises in the middle of the night, which also woke me up.
I barely slept at all that night. The noise was extremely disruptive and really affected my stay.
