Hi Sarah. We have had some issues with cleaning after a staff member departed but we have resolved this now by employing an excellent cleaner with considerable experience and the difference shows. I am not sure what room you stayed in as I have no booking reference but we do have an issue with this being an older building, causing condensation and it's a constant process of redecoration. The TV issue suggests that you were in room 5. It does need the internet resetting occasionally but if you had brought this to my attention, its a very quick fix. Even opening the Home screen causes the TV to connect to the internet and I do usually tell people about this little foible it has, but I obviously missed this off the info I provide on arrival. It sounds like you enjoyed the breakfast, which I am glad to hear. We are going through a lot of changes right now and all your points have or will be addressed once that process has been completed. Thanks for your review Steve. Yes, bit unfortunate about the water damage. It was caused by a pinhole leak on the pipe feeding the shower and was very hard to find. All sorted now. We hope to host you again sometime soon, and I'll buy you the next pint ;-)
