Great Wifi and shower. All other amenities worked as expected. Curtain mount in master bedroom torn from wall so anyone walking down street could look in the BR while you are trying to change, sleep, or do other extra curricular activities. Shelf and radiator also torn from wall in BR. In attempting to do so, the company directed me to the website, which didn't work. I wrote again to the manager, again getting an automated response and by that point the website said our change was non-refundable (several days prior to the posted cancellation date). The on-site property manager, on the other hand, was spectacular. Extremely accommodating. The building is very nice. The apt. was cozy, but nicely appointed and spotless.
