Was alright for a short stay but wouldn’t want to stay more than a night or two. Pros: Low cost per night Has a garden Proximity to Co-op arena (less than 10 minute walk) Cons: Furniture worn out House in general is finished to a low standard Almost fell over from 2x loose tiles in the front and back gardens If the house was finished to a higher standard the stay would obviously cost more, my issue is that the pictures should be updated to reflect the current state of the house so you know what you are getting in for.

Outstanding value for money, Comfortable beds, very clean, no issues. Absolutely amazing how close this property is to co op live which made our trip to Manchester so much easier. Thank you and would definitely book again

Bonne communication. Procédure d'arrivée sans soucis. Maison située face à l'Ethiad donc parfait pour un concert au Coop Live mais la maison nécessite de gros travaux (électricité dangereuse, plomberie vétuste qui balance une odeur pestidentielle, dépotoir dans le jardin...).Les lits dans les chambres sont corrects et propres mais les canapé-lits ne conviennent pas au couchage de 2 adultes
