Right on Burton Road in the heart of one of Manchester's trendiest neighbourhoods. West Didsbury is a hot spot for food and drink lovers with a wide array of restaurants and bars to choose from. The flat is close to Manchester city centre and all the universities. Walking distance to the Christies Hospital, Didsbury Village and Withington with plenty amenities on your doorstep. The tram station and bus-stop a few mins walk away, take you directly into the city centre. The space Newly refurbished, with lots of light. The check-in process is always easy. The property is in very good condition and very comfortable. It is in a lovely neighborhood with lots of restaurants and two grocery stores. We thoroughly recommend the Old Bakery cafe for breakfast and the Lebanese/Palestinian restaurant Zena for dinner. It's an area we stay in often, though this was our first time in this property. It has a modern kitchen and is generally nicely furnished, if somewhat sparcely (no bedroom dressing table for hair drying, for example). It's a little faded though, with signs of needing some TLC in some rooms and areas. Being on the main road, it's a bit noisy at night and early mornings. Ear plugs recommended for light sleepers! Getting in was tricky as it was dark and the key box isn't easy to access for short people! Tip: If travelling by train, it's nearer (and cheaper by cab) to go to Stockport rather than Manchester Picadilly. ##### John U. The flat is a short walk to the Burton Road tram stop and then about 15 minutes into Piccadilly Gardens. The 111 bus is at the doorstep and also 15-20 minutes to the museums and universities. West Didsbury also has a number of good restaurants. If you’re catering in, there is a Co-op just about a block away. ##### Kenneth E.
