If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. Upon entering the building through the main entrance there are 7 steps. If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the 4th floor to access the apartment. Outside the apartment there is a small lip when entering the door. Within the property, the kitchen, dining and living space are all accessed by spiral staircase only. There is no lift to the upper floor of the property. Please keep this in mind if you have any additional accessibility needs. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. We apologise for any inconvenience and kindly ask guests to take extra care when using the window. Please note for sleeping arrangements, one bedroom features two king size beds.
