Close to the canals, and just a short walk or tram journey from the Etihad Stadium, Co-op Arena and close to central Manchester, this is the perfect city base! The Space: The stunning interior has been finished to a high standard and features plush furnishings and modern fixtures and fittings throughout. The large floor to ceiling windows bathe the rooms in natural light. The open plan living space comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, sofa, armchair and smart TV. The 2 generous bedrooms feature plenty of storage space for clothes and comfortable double beds made up with crisp hotel linen. There are 2 modern family bathrooms featuring powerful showers as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. Guest Access: Guests have sole access to all parts of the property. The Neighborhood: Located a short distance from Manchester’s renowned Ancoats district, and famous canals, there are a number of shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets within easy walking distance from the property. The Etihad stadium and Co-op Live Arena are just 3 minutes by tram or 15 minutes away on foot. Central Manchester is around a 25 minute walk away where you will find the Arndale shopping centre, Chinatown, various museums and galleries, as well as a huge array of restaurants, bars, clubs and music venues. You are also close to the Northern Quarter - A trendy neighbourhood, with vibrant street art, bohemian bars and independent record shops. The nearest tram stop (New Islington) is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment and Manchester Picadilly Train Station is a 15 minute walk away. Getting Around: Etihad Stadium is just a 3 minute tram journey, or 15 minutes walk from the apartment. Central Manchester can be reached within 25 minutes on foot, or New Islington Tram stop is just a 5 minute walk away, connecting the rest of greater Manchester. Manchester Picadilly Train Station is a 15 minute walk or short taxi ride away.
